While we are still finalizing details, I’m happy to announce that the Improve Life Challenge will return next semester! The event will once again challenge both undergraduate and graduate students from across campus to work in interdisciplinary teams to develop solutions that will improve life.
Last year, students worked with local experts to identify and solve problems at the local level over the course of a weekend in January. This year, students will once again partner with local experts to address issues pertaining to sustainability, food, and a circular economy in Guelph and Wellington.
While I can’t give away specifics about the event as of yet, I can say that I am really excited about what has been planned so far. You can find more information about the event and registration by clicking here.
The Improve Life Challenge is co-organized by the John F. Wood Centre for Business and Student Enterprise in the College of Business and Economics, and by GuelphHacks in the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Guelph.
